In-stock Merchandise
Is usually processed the same day if your order is submitted before 12 pm; otherwise, will be the next day. Or you may request a specific date that you prefer on the “Special Note” field when check-out. For Fremont, Milpitas, and Foster City areas, we deliver on THURSDAY only; For Los Altos, Mt. View, Cupertino, and Saratoga, we deliver on FRIDAY only. NO delivery on Sunday. 

Backorders
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will refund you. If possible, we will inform you of an expected shipping time or by a follow-up call or email.

 

RETURNS

Perishable items cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number for the item

  • Date of arrival

  • Condition of item at the time of arrival

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

  • Whether you prefer a refund or replacement
